- Ensure that allocation and replenishment to stores are executed in accordance with plans to maximize sales, optimize inventory, maintain in-stock levels, and improve profitability.
- Develop and implement allocation strategies that improve forecast accuracy (store/sku level), maximize sell-throughs, and minimize excess inventory.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock turn, forecasting, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute inventory replenishment strategies across diverse portfolio store concepts utilizing store profiles, defined allocation criteria, historical performance & builds
- Serve as team lead for reporting and administration for entire planning organization, including allocation, demand reporting, and GAP.
- Manage a team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stores in support of the merchandise strategy, while accounting for store capacities, inventory constraints, and unexpected shifts in demand.
- Ensure team has strong knowledge of stores/accounts based on performance through data analysis, brand/commercial inputs and geographical attributes
- Generate and report on key performance indicators, including inventory targets, stock turn, and on-shelf availability
- Align allocation strategies with overall business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams within the supply chain.
- Support projects that implement systems and tools to enhance allocation efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of approximately 16 people.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear performance expectations for team members.
