· Assist with the management of all designated Retail Environment projects.
· Coordinate the communication flow between the department and all cross functional partners.
· Collaborate and coordinate designated projects with design teams, vendors, GC’s, country teams etc.
· Organize the inspection and gaining of the CSR approvals for all Vendors.
· Assist with the monitoring and coordination of all associated project budgets, timelines, production, installations etc.
· Work closely with the design team to ensure the original design integrity is flawlessly executed from the rendering through to the physical location.
· Ensure that all projects are completed within the approved budgets and allocated timeline.
· Carry out site visits , vendor inspections and fixture approvals.
· Ensure all samples, materials, fixture build, concept implementations meet the required company / brand standard.
