1. Manage and enforce RPA COE governance policies and procedures

2. Perform Code Reviews

3. Migrate Code across environments

4. Manage non SAP credentials in AA Control Vault

5. Manage Bot allocation in QA and PRD

6. Manage Automation Virtual Clients and Automation Anywhere

upgrades.

7. Participate in meetings for onboarding to RUN when needed

8. Participate in meetings for oversight during KT to InfoSys when needed

9. Facilitate Hypercare activities with the 3rd party integrators/business

10. Automate in – house(I.T.) processes when needed

11. Assist RPA Sr. Solution Manager as needed

12. Point of contact of general questions that customers may have when

they start Automation work at Company
