Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the HR Business Partner for Company
· Help in building an adaptive work culture in order to promotes company growth
· Implement appropriate HR solutions aligned with business direction to attract, develop and retain talent.
· Ensuring effective manpower planning and providing right person for the right job on time
· Ensure that the HR costs are controlled through appropriate cost reduction techniques
· Ensuring smooth on-boarding of new joiners to the company culture, processes and policies
· Facilitate timely and fair performance appraisal for all employees
· Drive the HR policies, programs and practices (Recruitment & Selection, C&B, Reward & Recognition and Employee Engagement)
· Ensure alignment of HR policies, programs and practices with the overall business strategy / objectives / affordability
· Payroll Administration and ensuring compliance related to payroll
· Facilitate the roll out of the Values / Code of Conduct
· Designing & Executing R&R framework
· Ongoing Administration of employee benefits
· Conform to legal / statutory requirements & obligations
· Facilitate people engagement initiatives across the business
