Operation Finance executive

·         Ensure Business Controls/Processes in line with Company intent.

·         Continuously engage with and enhance capability of the location resource passing S4H entries through training interventions.

·         Ensure continuous focus and senior management support across organization during the entire journey.

·         Verify all co-pack claim in line with agreement before handing over to payment processing cell.

·         Follow up with payment cell to release Co-pack payment within 15days of invoice receipt.

·         Collecting, reconciling scrap sales proceed and accounting there of periodically.

·         Assisting in various indirect tax, data submission along with reconciliation to consultant.

·         Assisting to Assistant manager in Collating /Monitoring Expiry/Near Expiry/ Obsolete stock at warehouse & co-pack location and taking corrective action to avoid write off.

·         Ensure inventory reconciliation and adjustment after securing adequate approval.

·         Ensure IT infra readiness for all upcoming WH/Co-pack to ensure vertical commercialization.

·         Assist Managers in preparation of MIS periodically.

·         Prepare monthly Co-pack MIS on efficiency, yield and productivity and discuss variances with Stakeholders.

·         Assist in responding to audit queries and participate in regional finance projects.

·         Monitor, emphasize & ensure adherence to process, internal policies and controls.
