·         Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the MD's schedule by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Prioritize and optimize the MD's time to ensure productivity and avoid conflicts.

·         Communication and Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing communication for the MD, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Draft and proofread important documents, letters, and reports on behalf of the MD.

·         Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, collate relevant materials, and provide necessary documents to meeting attendees. Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

·         Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange complex travel itineraries for the MD, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.

·         Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the MD and various stakeholders, such as board members, executives, clients, partners, and employees. Maintain positive relationships and handle inquiries on behalf of the MD.

·         Confidentiality and Data Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain organized and secure records, databases, and files.

·         Invoice Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring invoices related to the MD's activities, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and providing regular reports.

·         Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and executive-level gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for attendees.

·         Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, compile reports, and present relevant information to assist the MD in decision-making processes.

·         Special Projects: Assist the MD in executing special projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as required.

·         Time and Task Management: Help the MD prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
