1. Driving Monthly Brand KPIs via monitoring & execution of planned initiatives
· Strong execution of Go-To-Market inputs to ensure timeline adherence
· Lead the brand scorecard data analysis and share actionable for monthly reviews
· Manage the promo/pricing/pack change transitions for on-time delivery
· Co-create with the BM on brand messaging for GTM elements, Ecom pages etc
2. Analyze data sources to share actionable insights from Nielsen, IMRB, Brand track
· Analyze reports to share concerns & opportunity areas on brand metrics like market share, penetration etc to help brand manager take decisive actions
· Track stock ageing, billing efficiencies etc to highlight and minimize business loss
· Analyze primary, secondary sales, distribution metrics to ensure month targets are on track
3. Gathering competition intelligence: Tracking competition data on following parameters
· MRP + Schemes and flag off changes wherever applicable
· New product or communication launch
4. Coordinate with cross functional teams and vendor partners
· Ensure timely connectivity of Launch elements, POSM, merchandises etc in market
· Timely approvals and closures of vendor payments, contracts and internal IOs
