Assistant Manager, Plant Operations

Principal Accountabilities:

·         Plan, develop and implement systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the estate.

·         Ensure achievement of planned production targets by identifying, evaluating and initiating new processes so as to ensure the optimum use of resources

·         Contribute to company policy and strategy.

·         Day to day management of assigned divisions of the estate.

·         Planning of the works in the division along with the field officers implement the suggestions given by manager in consultation with him and keep him informed on the progress.to motivate the work force along with the field officer and asst fieldofficer to get higher productivity and better quality of work in all the works like plucking , pest and disease control .

·         Responsible for the safety of the workers and make sure all the works are done as per the safety guidelines.

·         Liase with the other divisions for requirement of labour and materials

·         Responsible for the labour welfare activities including upkeep of the labour lines.

·         Capital works to be monitored and make sure of the quality and timely completion of the work
