v  Liaise between franchise market and US in local language customization to LZ interface

v  The cloud storage & website (Box / MTB)

v  Create/maintain required standard operating procedures

v  Create job aids and supplementary restaurant training materials

v  Manage translation / localization of content where required

v  One source ( Company Learning Portal)

B.      LMS Maintenance & Troubleshooting

v  Support franchise market in providing first-level LMS support

v  Escalation of problem issues to US 2nd Tier support

v  Tracking of open tickets

C.      Training Content Creation

v  New Product Launches o Upkeep of the Market Training tools

v  Training materials creation/localization

D.      User Provisioning / Global Employee Register (GEM) and Administrative Operations Systems

v  Assist franchise market with User Provisioning Onboarding process

v  Assist franchise market with Global Employee Register Management & Administration

Manage SSAM users and creation
