Manager – Group FP&A

Ownership of various facets of the Group monthly, quarterly and annual analysis and management

reporting. This includes but not limited to:

·         Interpreting business performance of various markets on a monthly basis

·         Evaluating financial performance by analyzing results with plans / forecasts

·         Providing insights on group as well as market wise performance for monthly leadership reviews

·         Ownership of quarterly business review presentations for Audit Committee / Board of Directors /

Investors

·         Detailed performance measurement vs peers group companies (India and global)

·         Drive the short term financial forecasting process for the group

·         Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of effective standard and ad-hoc

·         reports, technology solutions, and performance dashboards
