• Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets across regions
• Drive visibility execution across regions (in collaboration with shopper marketing team)
• Ensure high fill rates in line with the industry standards across all accounts
• Develop coverage plan & ensure manning (merchandiser & promoter allocation) across regions / stores
• Drive all brand specific initiatives across regions & zones
• Analyze sales trends across various accounts & regions/states – by stockiest, brand, SKU, etc. to ensure continued growth and take corrective actions wherever required (in collaboration with Brand & Category teams)
• Set goals & KPIs for the sales team and ensuring the team monitors the KPIs to effectively deliver sales revenue and market share goals
• Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver on business goals
• Ensuring the team is up to speed with any changes in Supplies, Brands or any Company level changes
• Ensure coordination with Supply Chain & Logistics Team
• Ensure Execution In store in best in class (in line with FMCG best practices & benchmarks
• Continuously thrive to find cost effective yet efficient WOWs (Ways of Working) with customer/ ASMs & Teams
• Proven and deep knowledge of sales and distribution system
• Knowledge of brand management and brand P&L accounting
• Proven experience of working in Modern Trade Channel
• Strong leadership skills which includes people management skills to drive a large sales system
• Comfortable with handling ambiguity
