Manager – Legal

• To support the strategic direction with sound and balanced legal advice on a wide range of corporate commercial matters.

• To be actively involved in managing potential litigation and ensure that business interest is protected.

• To advise and assist the business partners in negotiations with third parties and to assist as appropriate in concluding settlements.

• To coordinate and work with Vice President – Legal and also assist global corporate Legal function as may be required.

• To ensure that all material legal & compliance related issues are approved by in accordance with policies.

• Drafting and vetting of Agreements & various contracts

• Monitoring legal and other regulatory compliances across the organization

• Advise business on day to day legal issues
