• Interpreting business performance of various markets on a monthly basis
• Evaluating financial performance by analyzing results with plans / forecasts
• Providing insights on group as well as market wise performance for monthly leadership reviews
• Ownership of quarterly business review presentations for Audit Committee / Board of Directors / Investors
• Detailed performance measurement vs peers group companies (India and global)
• Drive the short term financial forecasting process for the group
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of effective standard and ad-hoc reports, technology solutions, and performance dashboards.
