BUSINESS PARTNERING – LOGISTICS

a)      Monitor & Control logistics cost & discuss variances/deviations with the respective teams and report on exceptions which have an impact on the P&L.

b)      Provide useful financial insights to logistics Team to make better decisions for formulating and executing strategy. Supporting logistics team with actionable MIS on key metrics.

c)       Participate in the freight/warehousing negotiations along with logistics team , ensure process controls and highlight cost implications.

d)      Support logistics team in their improvement projects including digital journey.

e)      Review all Internal Audit & Statutory auditors reports and ensure compliance in area of logistics

PLANT OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS – R2R and P2P

a)      Preparation of monthly results and management information, including commentary on the performance of operations and logistics team to senior management in the reporting packages.

b)      Providing support on ad-hoc data analysis & recommendations to support key decisions.

c)       Manage the monthly financial close process for Operations.

d)      Review journal entries account reconciliations to ensure all costs are accurately recorded.

e)      Interact with cross-functional teams at all levels to deliver timely and accurate management and financial reporting.

f)       Coordinate the services provided by third-party accounting service providers

g)      Ensure plant operations invoices are validated and submitted to accounts payable in a timely manner
