·         Plan, Monitor & Manage Buy plan

·         OTB planning for LFS channel

·         Ensuring planning store wise, cluster wise, option wise, category wise right stocks at right channel

·         Buying for LFS channel

·         Buying as per store grade, store location, store display and pre alignment understanding with chain/channel

·         Timely replenishment

·         Ensure replenishment frequency and reordering of fast moving styles

·         Coordination with Retail operations, Planning, design and sourcing team

·         Monitoring Sell thru

·         Tracking sell thru, monitoring fast movers and slow movers

·         Reorder fast movers and call back slow movers from chain/stores

·         Enable sales team achieve targeted sell thru rate

·         Monitor fill rate of channel store wise
