·         SPOC for the Institution Channel on all Finance related deliverables;

•        Responsible for working with the Channel Head in finalizing the AOP and KPI for the channel including P&L Targets & Cost To Serve

•        Driving regular performance review for the Channel vs AOP and provide insights on variances & areas to improve/drive efficiency, including insights on improving CTS and profitability of the channel;

•        Responsible for working with the Channel Head/KAM’s to improve process controls, governance process for the Monthly Spends including adherence to channel spend Budgets;

•        Responsible for working with the Channel Head/KAM’s on evaluation of new sub-channels covering pricing, P&L, CTS as well as setting up end to end commercial processes;

•        Responsible for working with the back-end team to review utilization of the monthly planned spends and actualization of actuals vs plan, take up deviations with the Channel team;

•        Responsible for working with Channel team/Customers/Back End team on process improvements across pricing, receivables, spends in the channel;

•        Responsible for control on Receivables in the Channel through close interactions with Channel team, Customers as well as with the internal backend team;

•        Work with the KAMs and Customers to facilitate the Qtrly Reconciliation Process;
