·         Ensure growth of the region as per company aligned strategy and growth plans

·         Plan and execute trade promotions and category management with effective POS merchandising

·         Effectively manage regional and state distributors to ensure achievement of revenue targets

·         Manage and review distribution expansion with focus on Specialty and Gym Channel

·         Build sales force effectiveness and set SMART KPIs to drive performance

·         Identify new business opportunities in adjacent channels like Pharmacy etc.

·         Prepare annual forecasts basis demand levers and review performance on a monthly basis

·         Track competition activities and suggest/ devise pre-emptive programs to counter

·         Work with Supply chain team to develop a cost effective RTM with a pre-defined frequency to service the market

Claims Management and timely and accurate submission of field force and distributors
