Business Partnering
· Finance SPOC for the Regional Sales Team on all commercial related activities
· Ensure financial due diligence while appointing new Distributors & periodic ROI evaluation
· Ensure high service levels with stakeholders to ensure all queries and clarifications are resolved timely.
Trade Marketing Finance
· Controlling the Trade Spends for Zone (GT channel)
· Responsible for working with the Zonal TM team in understanding and approving the schemes during release and ensuring the timely IO creation
· Responsible to oversee the Distributor Claims, laise with the 3P agency and ensure the settlements are fastracked
· Responsible for the Zonal IO review and actualization of the spends on timely basis
Debtors Management
· Continuous Monitoring of Debtors Position and follow up on the overdue instances
· Manage the exposure by ensuring the collection of Security Deposit & BG from the channel partners on a timely basis
· Ensure adherence to the Company credit policy, timely customer Ledger reconciliations and NDC process
