KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Proposal Design: Designing Sales pitch for F&B services across major events in the country

·         Lead Generation:

i.            Generating event sales leads across various channels such as housing

ii.            society, wedding, corporate events, music events, literary events etc.

iii.            Generating event sales leads across various formats like offices, malls etc.

·         Revenue Generation: Closing the sales deals and generating channel revenue.

·         Event Management:

i.            Planning the entire beverage and food set up, mapping the requirement as

per the event, planning the partnership, menu finalization, price points and

working in close coordination with Field Operations

ii.            Coordination with agencies and vendors for standardizing the set up design

as per brand requirement.

iii.            Handle set up of kiosks, beverage stations, food trucks etc.

iv.            Creating marketing assets for publicity of events

v.            Support Field Operations team smooth execution of all planned details,

right from setting up Food arenas, Branding, Ambience, Set up, Sales,

Customer Experience, Food, Brand settlements and sale reconciliation.

vi.            Liaising with the clients to ensure successful closure of the event

·         Community Building:

i.            Strive to build a community that provides repeat association

ii.            Develop and implement strategies for reaching out to local organizations,

hotels (weddings), housing societies and attend networking events to drive

outreach
