·         To achieve the given Sales target as per the annual business plan and develop new business opportunities based on the Market Potential of Assigned area

·         Inventory Management / Sales Forecasting

·         Managing Service and Logistics support for smooth functioning of business

·         Managing Distributor, Dealers/ Multi Brand Outlets

·         Monitoring and tracking all secondary schemes for market and channel partners.

·         Planning DSO and SSE secondary sales targets and driving Soldier incentive for all.

·         On the field training to DSO/SSE to improve their selling skills

·         Planning, Implementing and executing BTL / ATL activities in the area through coordination with channel partners to drive Sell Out
