Plant Manager

·         Responsible for the Production volumes

·         Manpower, Production and Logistics

·         Cost control – Budget planning, R&M planning

·         Ensure Product Quality & Safety standards of the industry & is open to new ideas

/ improvements in process

·         Familiar with the Plant Review Process & provide quality inputs to the weekly

/monthly review meetings

·         Ensuring cordial Employee / Union relations

·         Stakeholder management – internal & external including Govt. bodies, Union

Leaders, etc.
