· Responsible for effective Sales & distribution strategy implementation.
· Overall Value/Volume target achievement for the value business in the assigned state/states.
· Building distribution infrastructure in the assigned state/states.
· Develop GTM assumptions, test new hypothesis and experiment with new GTM models leading to setting up of GTM in the assigned state/states.
· Formation of entire sales team – recruitment of ASMs, Supervisors, promoters
· Development of ASM’s in the assigned state/states.
· Contribute towards achieving penetration and share objectives
· Manage regular reviews, systems and processes with the GTM team
· Ensure Sales Processes in line with company intent.
· Continuously engage with and enhance capability of the GTM team through training interventions.
· Ensuring continuous focus and senior management support across organization during the entire journey.
