1        VM Campaigns and Floorsets rollout

·         Ensure proper display is maintained as per brand guidelines across channels.

·         Develop and adapt global guidelines as per the dynamics of stores.

·         Ensure timely Visual Changeover across all point of sales.

2        Consistent Store Visits, Staff training and VM upkeep

·         Validate visits through reports and circulation of pictures.

·         Train the store staff for upkeep of display, on regular basis.

·         Ensure display material requirement and replenishments across channels coordinated with regional sales manager, product team and back end HO VM team

3      Marketing and Creative Support

·         Design and execute window concepts basis brand guidance

·         Assist in execution of Marketing associated seasonal and product oriented activities planned, in coordination with regional sales team.

4        Vendor management

·         Coordinate with Vendors for timely execution of campaigns across channels.

·         Timely Vendor PO issuance and invoice submissions.

·         Training vendors for better quality control.

·         Vendor visits every quarter to improve and understand processes.

5        People Management

·         Ensure timely updates to all stake holders in the region for VM initiatives

·         Conduct weekly meetings to share updates

·         Train staff and Sales managers for VM compliances
