Account Manager – Digital Sales & Operations

·         Responsible for B2B Key Account Management (KAM) and D2C Business (Marketplace).

·         Execute the JBP as defined; Execute New Sales opportunities with focus on Brand/Category Expansion & New season launches

·         Monitor and ensure Catalog Hygiene at all Marketplaces & inventory buildup for specific Marketing Campaigns

·         Co-ordinate with internal operations team to ensure on-time delivery of products, resolve payment issues & reconciliations at buyer level

·         Ensure Data Management – Primary Sales, Secondary Sales & other key metrics of Business

·         Set, Track and advise improvements on the KPIs of the team

·         Lead, Coach and Motivate the Team on all aspects of Business
