Budget Planning & Strategy Formulation

1.       Develop the GCC as a transformation partner for Company global extended operations; Ensure the GCC is in alignment with & nurtures cultural ethos propounded by the Global Captive Centrel set-up

2.       Manage operating manpower requirements based on Annual operating plan (AoP); achieve constant efficiency in the GCC’s operational capacity

3.       Keep abreast with the AR related regulatory framework and guidelines of the region; guide the team on the same to ensure that operational procedures are in alignment with such guidelines

Operational Excellence

1.       Define the objectives and business plans; Cascade and co-own actions, KPIs & goals to the team members

2.       Prepare, review & update SOPs / DTP related to AR at regular intervals; maintain & ensure periodic updation of the knowledge base

3.       Ensure timely & accurate processing of the bills & payments for the specified region

4.       Ensure timely accounting and tracking of collections (across channels) for the specified region; track order-wise & payment mode wise receipt of collections

5.       Ensure all the AR related operational areas are in alignment with procedural / legislative controls of the region & adhere to the agreed SLAs & TAT

6.       Act as a change agent; Identify and deliver process excellence and continuous improvement programs with focus on AR related operational activities

Stakeholder Management

1.       Develop and maintain strong proactive relationships with internal stakeholder to ensure coordination & optimal performance

2.       Nurture ecosystem partnerships with the stakeholders (vendors, auditors, authorities etc.) to deliver superior business operations

Governance & Compliance

1.       Drive the implementation of effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across the capability centre to drive holistic performance and maintain reputation

2.       Ensure pro-active input into preventative actions to address key business risks; Manage issues to mitigate impact and risk by early detection & involvement

3.       Champion the embedding of a compliance culture within the respective team members

People Management

1.       Plan and ensure optimal staffing levels in the team for meeting operational demands; maintain up-to-date onboarding packs for new comers in the team

2.       Build a strong leadership pipeline through hiring, internal movements, succession planning, talent reviews etc.

3.       Drive capability building initiatives through learning and development, career management, mentoring, coaching etc.

4.       Deploy people initiatives across employee life cycle to drive superior engagement & retention of key performers
