- Lead all transition projects across all levels of the organization
- Create a common Company Transition Framework / Design standard Transition methodology
- Exposure to the understanding of business processes, As-Is / To-Be analysis, mapping & finalizing requirements, determining the business scenario, and mapping them into solutions
- End to End Transition Program Management and Execution. Including Transitions/Migration, Planning, Conducting Quality Assurance framework to ensure sustained delivery, launch & post Launch Review and Project Progress Monitoring.
- Exposure in the understanding of business processes, As-Is / To-Be analysis, mapping & finalizing requirements, determining the business scenario and mapping them into sustainable and futuristic solutions.
- Create a stakeholder mapping before, during and after the transition.
- Conduct core transition management governance including facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, hosting workshops, creating stakeholder presentations, SOP reviews, solution design, designing appropriate KPIs’ & managing risks proactively.
- Monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results
- Establish S.M.A.R.T. standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generate detailed update reports for management
- Communicating the progress to all key stakeholders on a regular basis
