  1. Lead all transition projects across all levels of the organization
  2. Create a common Company Transition Framework / Design standard Transition methodology
  3. Exposure to the understanding of business processes, As-Is / To-Be analysis, mapping & finalizing requirements, determining the business scenario, and mapping them into solutions
  4. End to End Transition Program Management and Execution. Including Transitions/Migration, Planning, Conducting Quality Assurance framework to ensure sustained delivery, launch & post Launch Review and Project Progress Monitoring.
  5. Exposure in the understanding of business processes, As-Is / To-Be analysis, mapping & finalizing requirements, determining the business scenario and mapping them into sustainable and futuristic solutions.
  6. Create a stakeholder mapping before, during and after the transition.
  7. Conduct core transition management governance including facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, hosting workshops, creating stakeholder presentations, SOP reviews, solution design, designing appropriate KPIs’ & managing risks proactively.
  8. Monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results
  9. Establish S.M.A.R.T. standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generate detailed update reports for management
  10. Communicating the progress to all key stakeholders on a regular basis
