· Work with all RMT sub-components (Sales, Marketing, Consumer Experience, Creative, and Technology, to understand their basic reporting needs and set up a descriptive analytics framework (including data collection from source, ETL processing and end user Tool set up) that focuses on LIVE data reporting for all functions.
· Deliver insights using Google Analytics and the analytical tools provided by 3PP, that can help improve conversions for the online stores
· Provide consumer segmentation options where possible in partnership with the 3PP data banks
· Drive automation for various tasks executed in the team with VBA macros, Python (Colab) and RPA
· Prepare Sales forecast for Weekly snapshots, Quarterly RFs & Yearly budgets.
· Be on top of new analytics capabilities and practices in market and ensure that Company Group is exploring all available options.
