•        Coordinate with Sales Ops, HR, & Leadership to ensure processes & tools are End to end TNA, content creation, training planning and execution.

•        End to end LMS management.

•        Handling Sales, Customer Service, Product other behavioural trainings

•        Motivating the team and maintaining high moral to ensure consistent achievement by understanding customer requirement as early as possible.

•        Optimized for end to end staff productivity, engagement, & satisfaction

•        Refresher Session taken to improve the performance and to keep sale staff updated on any changes in the process.

•        Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business

•        Participate in growth of new methodologies, strategies, tools, training and processes

•        Conducting Regular Engagement Activities at stores and backend.

•        Compiling of reports for teams performance,

•        Conducting activities like Performance Improvement Plan

•        Profile entails travelling across India.
