• Finance Business Partner covering 16 -20 CFA locations (Including Salt Packaging, Rake Handling etc.). Identifying Cost Savings and efficiency improvement opportunities and working with CFA team in delivering the same.
• Partnering PSO Team for all CFA Arrangements including rate negotiations, cost ratification, proposal evaluation etc.
• Responsible for all India MIS, covering budgets and tracking of budgets and reporting to leadership team including Ad hoc reporting.
• Review MIS, Monthly Closing & Inventory, expenses provisioning.
• Support development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
• Financial Control & Compliance: To exercise financial controls across 16-20 locations and be able to appreciate the risks associated and implement mitigation plan
• Provide inputs for Capex Proposals & Implementing, monitoring Variable cost savings
• Responsible for all transactional approvals for different spends in CFAs.
• Regular interaction with PSO and Transaction Processing Team.
• Process reviews and improvements across the CFA value chain.
