Manager – Regional Retail Manager

·         Responsible for handling retail operations for exclusive business outlets in the North region.

·         Monitoring of retail KPI’s on periodic basis and interventions in enhancing retail productivity.

·         Device store specific productivity driving programs & interventions – in the areas of merchandise mix correction, display, selling capability, consumer handling, SOP’s.

·         Drive & deliver sales performance of stores via effective merchandise decisions and actions.

·         Track merchandise performance & execute Inter-Store Stock Transfers to ensure Stock Consolidation

·         Team Motivation by implementation of reward and recognition (R&R) policies.

·         Plan and execute local level market initiatives to increase and retain customer base

·         Effectively monitor and manage costs at store and regional level, ensuring profitability
