· Work towards improving the Company Business model and build the Company Brand making it the most preferred natural mineral water.
· Act as a custodian of the Brand P&L (Top-line & Bottom-line)
· Drive the Strategic Growth Agenda – Portfolio Development and Performance, BTL
plan.
· Develop, Implement & Monitor growth of different channels such as HORECA
(Hotels, Restaurants and cafeterias), Modern Trade, General Trade, E-Commerce
etc.
· Given that a significant portion of the brand comes from the HORECA channel, particularly high end hotels and restaurants, a critical task will be to ensure growth in this hypercompetitive segment. This will involve top to top wiring and business development with key F&B heads.
· Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that can drive business.
· Lead in house/ external sales team to ensure appropriate activation
· Be responsible for Above the line, below the line and trade spend budgets
· Drive relationship and oversee pricing negotiations with key accounts/customers.
· Work with CFO and Leadership team to develop and institutionalize operating and
governance processes
· Optimize resources / innovate to achieve push, pull and equity build without
compromising the business model.
