·         Prepare and report the detailed Employee Engagement Dashboard

·         Effective implementation of the PMS process & ensuing all SOP’s are followed

·         Plan, organize & facilitates corporate training and ensuring planned training man day for each employee

·         To build and maintain brand image for HR in the digital space -own Websites, Linkedin, campus locations, etc.
