·         Responsible for GTM implementation & business development.

·         Overall Value/Volume target achievement for the value business in the assigned area.

·         Building distribution infrastructure in the assigned area.

·         Development of frontline in the assigned area.

·         Contribute towards achieving penetration and share objectives

·         Manage regular reviews, systems and processes with the frontline & distributors.

·         Ensure Sales Processes in line with Company  intent.

·         Continuously engage with and enhance capability of the Value GTM team through training interventions.

·         Ensuring continuous focus and senior management support across organization during the entire journey
