· Conceptualize and build D2C brand website and Marketplace business across Company brands
· Drive business growth and ensure processes and scale-up is seamless, making trade-offs as needed, and monitoring the various metrics of operational health.
· Planning digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, sms, social media, notifications etc.
· Ensuring high NPS across all consumer touch points
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Communicate customer issues with operations teams and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
