Opex cost and contract management

·         Actively participate in cross functional negotiations with functional leads in areas – marketing, IT, Supply Chain and Business development

·         Ensure transparency of the negotiation process – managing RFP and tendering process, vendor evaluation and logic notes around vendor selection

·         Assist business in preparation of business cases and provide insights around key risks and suggest mitigants

·         Lead negotiations on financial and legal clauses relating to payment terms, GST and other regulatory compliance, indemnities to balance business risks

·         Benchmark Opex spends against other leading industry players and drive savings through negotiations, new vendor development and process optimization

·         MIS reporting
