– Participate in creating and executing best in class partner resources policies and processes there by driving partner engagement
– Emphasis on delivering work class customer service and quality management to existing and new partners demonstrating Shared Services capability
– Manage and implement technology solutions for the function. Prepare the SOPs for all the Technology Platforms that will be implemented / modified
– Liaison with IT to facilitate the integration of different HR Tech platforms
– Prepare, communicate and educate partners on policies and practices within the organization
– Support in development, roll out and administration of key Partner Resources processes, programs and systems
– Analyzes current process and policy challenges and suggest/implement ideas by collaborating with the regional partner resources team to provide solutions.
– Provide consulting to relevant stakeholders leading to effectiveness and efficiency in existing processes and procedures
– Manage and resolve activities/issues related to labor relations, compliance and integrity
– Support in implementation of compensation and benefits related activities for the organization
– Respond to emergency partner related issues and support the team in resolving them
– Reviews and explains partner resources policies and programs to the team
– Design and implement an effective reward and recognition program
– Coach and guide the Shared Services team on time to time to build effective shared services model
