Project Manager

·         10+ years of overall experience with 3+ as a Project Manager in a application support and sustaining engineering domain

·         Experience in operations management with both local and global teams

·         Good understanding of operational processes and experience in managing support teams to reduce business disruptions from application incidents and drive team effectiveness with full utilization

·         Possess proven experience leading in an operations environment utilizing productivity measures, SLAs, Operating level agreement metrics & reports.

·         Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams, coach and groom team members

·         Should have hands-on experience in application support and supporting technologies
