Digital Operations and Product Content Executive

·         Work with the regional and global teams to make sure that the product information content is been delivered to the digital and ecommerce team in a timely manner

·         Coordinate the translation process of for to product information content

·         Work with service provider to define, develop and upload detailed and accurate product features including product images, information, sizes and dimensions

·         Participate in the requirement gathering for product information content to be rolled out new channel

·         Act as the key contact point between company’s APAC and service provider

·         Conduct and coordinate testing with local in-country teams for content updates onto different online channels

·         Organize and manage the logistical process of shipping photo samples to service providers for production of high level photography including liaising with them to ensure images met brand guidelines and marketplace requirement

·         Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies and drive improvements
