· Delivery Partnerships
I. Support in executing the marketing calendar for delivery basis AOP targets
II. Monitor Joint Business Plans with Delivery Partners to achieve the AOP targets – topline, discount & marketing expenses
III. Co-ordinate with delivery partners for market extensions in new cities and new stores
IV. Support and execute with 0n-going delivery campaigns and configuration on same on POS systems
V. Ensure seamless communication to stores through operation services
VI. Collaborate with technology teams to support projects for automation for Delivery
VII. Follow-up with delivery partners for resolving day to day issues reported by store operations
VIII. Co-ordinate with Category team to ensure uploading of all new launches on all delivery platforms
IX. Co-ordinate with Brand team to ensure appropriate communication on all delivery platforms.
X. Periodic reviews with Delivery Partners on business KPIs, Campaign tactics, New Store/ City Launch Plans & Overall Operations/ SLAs .
XI. Support & lead initiatives with Supply Chain & Operations team on priorities like New Packaging, Delivery Standards, Hyper local deliveries etc.
XII. Devise & lead tactics with Delivery platforms – like menu engineering, customer promotions. Campaign analysis ensuring profitable ROI
XIII. Evaluate more Regional Delivery vendors & support onboarding.
· Growth Channels: e-Gifting
I. Engage with Aggregators & sub -partners to create Company as preferred Gifting option.
II. Support in executing the marketing calendar for e-Gift basis AOP targets
III. Ensure weekly and monthly reporting on timely basis
IV. Support in ensuring successful UAT for all new third party on-boarding
V. Periodic reviews with e-Gift Partners on Campaigns & business plans to achieve AOP
VI. Co-ordinate with Pine Labs and IT teams to align with all updates
I. Support in formation of delivery reports on weekly basis from multiple vendors
II. Support in collating data from all delivery & e-gift partners on monthly basis and report KPIs for HK market
III. Reporting of AOP Business Targets – Revenue, Discount Spends on a monthly number & Target Vs actual achievement. Create bridge plans for any shortcomings.
IV. Give regular feedback to BI /IT Team for automation of Business Reports
V. Build quarterly plans to ensure timely inputs to Operations in Partner Planning Guide
