Budget Planning & Strategy Formulation

1. Develop the GCC as a transformation partner for parent organization’s global extended operations; Ensure the GCC is in alignment with & nurtures cultural ethos propounded by the Global organization wide set-up

2. Manage operating manpower requirements based on Annual operating plan (AoP); achieve constant efficiency in the GCC’s operational capacity

3. Provide relevant inputs to the during the budgeting exercise; monitor financial performance versus the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified & rectified

4. Keep abreast with the leading practices on reporting systems, financial modelling and analysis techniques and drive implementation of the same; guide the team to ensure operational procedures are in alignment with such practices

Operational Excellence

1. Define the objectives and business plans; Cascade and co-own actions, KPIs & goals to the team members

2. Analyse financial statements with management team to recommend actions and participate in strategic financial planning discussions

3. Provide analytical support to the management to deliver insights basis periodic performance reports

4. Perform ad-hoc analysis, observations and make recommendations to the management to deal with changing market conditions

5. Manage the preparation and maintenance of management reporting packages including consolidated financial statements and performance across KPIs

6. Oversee day-to-day FPA operations in close coordination with SDMs; Monitor & periodically review to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines; Ensure all the operational areas are in alignment with procedural / legislative controls of the respective regions (work in close collaboration with the regional SDMs) & adhere to the agreed SLAs & TAT

7. Act as a change agent; Identify and deliver process excellence and continuous improvement programs with focus on enhancing reporting & analysis efficiencies

Stakeholder Management

1. Develop and maintain strong proactive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure coordination & optimal performance

2. Nurture ecosystem partnerships with the stakeholders (vendors, auditors, authorities etc.) to deliver superior business operations

3. Influence and persuade different stakeholders across functional/regional domains; Ensure capitalization of possible synergies and contingency planning as needed

Governance & Compliance

1. Drive the implementation of effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across the capability centre to drive holistic performance and maintain reputation

2. Ensure pro-active input into preventative actions to address key business risks; Manage issues to mitigate impact and risk by early detection & involvement

3. Champion the embedding of a compliance culture within the respective team members

People Management

1. Act in the capacity of Role-model; uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity
