Senior Manager – IT

·         Drive and deliver software integration between internal and external application such as

SCM / Fin, Payroll, Delivery business.

·         Leading the internal IT helpdesk team and liaison with external helpdesk teams Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security

·         Oversee implementation and maintenance of data center disaster recovery plan.

·         Lead the Cloud Infrastructure & operations for all products, with high availability, superior performance and 24×7 support.

·         Leads the successful delivery of complex IT Infrastructure projects from planning, design to

implementation.

·         Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and network uptime

·         Ensuring training across restaurants to drive IT processes

·         Implementation of Ongoing IT requirements in POS and ERP

·         Preparing SOPs for all relevant IT related areas
