Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:
- Deliver robust talent acquisition & talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent pipeline, development, succession planning, career management and performance management.
- Building employee’s capability through leadership development programs, running Development Centre, planning policy and culture sessions, analysing training needs etc.
- Provide group and one-on-one coaching to Executives and Managers to support leadership development, business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance management.

- Planning , Implementing & Tracking employee’s engagement and driving initiatives to enhance the same
Employee Relations & Compliances:
- Advises Zonal management teams on all employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary procedures and acts as a neutral escalation point for employee’s grievances.
- Liaise with the legal department to ensure all Brands stores are following local legislations, compliances and guidelines.
- Assisting in statutory compliances
- Analyse staff rotation, monitor staff turnover and sickness/illness levels and take actions accordingly.
- Manage, promote and follow up on annual employee surveys.

- Planning Employee Engagement Roadmap, scheduling, executing and monitoring the activities across the organization to make Company a fun place to work.
