- Tracking placement efficiency and transporter performance metrics.
- Managing D2C Logistics operation.

- Facilitates new product launches by Logistics planning and cost analysis.
3. Internal Processes
- Managing the TMS (Transport Management System) process for all primary movements and ensuring full compliance.
- Vendor Performance Management and Identify New Vendors.
- Developing the processes and policies related to logistics and ensuring full compliance.
- Manage internal and external Audits and ensure 100% compliance with Audit recommendations.
4. Innovation and Learning
- Contribute to strategy development, mid-term and annual business planning and initiative implementation by driving innovation and implementing best practices.
