Key Deliverables:

- Solution Development: Develop high quality consumer facing designs for product packaging, digital media creatives, POSM materials and other collaterals. Identify design solutions for the strategic design challenges shared as per brief basis learnings from industry, consumer, and trade.
2. Internal Processes
- Knowledge Management:
Develop a repository and cataloguing system for all design projects to be systematically stored so that they are available to be used as and when required by the team. Help create a mechanism for tracking and updating all design jobs for visibility of the entire team.
- Artwork development & releases:
Own the artwork development & release process: Build cross functional process that facilitates smooth development, approvals & releases of artworks.
3. Innovation and Learning
Use AI tools to develop creatives wherever relevant and train the brand team on usage of AI design tools to develop that capability for the organization.
