Key Deliverables
Financial Outcomes
- Identify, analyse, interpret trends or patterns in complex data & generate insights to strengthen ‘in-market’ execution to maximize month sales revenue via multiple levers -Distribution, Sales productivity, trade spends optimization etc.
- Monitor competitors’ activities on ecommerce platforms in terms of pricing and promotion. Leverage competitive insights to identify opportunities and risks.
- Identify and highlight pricing conflicts between different sales channels within the company (e.g., General Trade, Modern Trade, Ecommerce, etc)
- Prepare and present detailed pricing reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Recommend the right Trade scheme slab (from the ongoing trade promotions) for the store, to maximize sale revenue.
- Partner with sales & third party for any market research work being undertaken
Customer Service
- Translate the agreed proof of concepts to analysis and guide to pilot it in- market, evaluate the success & further recommend the scale up plan.
- Collaborate with sales team to enable them for data driven decisions & process adherence
Internal Processes
- Drive continuous improvements in reports, dashboards, reviews & processes.
Digital & Innovation
- Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities/ risks by clustering, profiling & predicting
- Leverage AI/ML for predictive analysis & automation
- Partner with digital to leverage robotics/ BI dashboards to standardize reports across regions and categories
- Test & validate multiple digital solutions being worked on for sales execution Ex – SFA &Other tools like trade spends simulator
