Key Responsibilities:

1.       Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations across all stores within the cluster, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Monitor store performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and health and safety regulations.

2.       Sales and Profitability:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for each store and ensure they are met or exceeded.

3.       Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

4.       Customer Experience:

  • Ensure that all stores deliver a superior customer experience, aligning with the brand’s values and customer service standards.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service levels.

5.       Inventory and Merchandising:

  • Monitor inventory levels across the cluster and ensure optimal stock management to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure that stores are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of promotional displays and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

6.       Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by senior management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market observations.

7.       Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of store operations and take corrective actions where needed.
