·         Annual / Monthly target setting for region and team

·         Monthly review, channels, retailing operations and area/region coverage

·         Consolidating and communicating targets set in the region to National Sales Head -All India.

·         Consolidation of promotion budget and monitoring the effectiveness of spends.

·         Planning for infrastructure of CFA/Distributors/Retailers.

·         Network Expansion.

·         Supervising performance of team.

·         Monitoring region’s targets and forecast.

·         Managing business associates relationships, as well as assists in working out their profitability and return on investment to ensure long-term relationship and perspective.

·         Addressing important issues with dealers on Quality of product, Service quality, product availability, spares requirement, etc.

·         Manpower planning and identifying further requirement.

·         Implementation of various product promotion schemes in the region.

·         team motivation, Performance Appraisal and review, counselling and training.

·         Interfacing with the Product Managers for product requirements in the region

·         Co-ordinating market analysis and identifying thrust areas
