Setting Guidelines and Implementing Retail Operations Standard

Stocking Store Performance MIS

· Plan, Monitor & Manage Buy & Sell Plan Develop system for Reporting of Sales/Purchases and channelizing inventory


Achieve targeted sell thru rate

· Account Receivables

Ensure account receivables are at the budgeted levels

Ensure Quarterly Reconciliation with Customers (Covering 80% of business) with

every customer account reconciled at least once a year

· Team Development
