· Responsible for driving the Quarterly Sales Council / Annual Operating Plan (AOP) meets / any planning related activity through creation of robust templates, aligning functions, taking expectations from all stakeholders and creating the agenda
· Data warehousing and Analysis.
· Review the KPIs as per strategy and create an accurate information base Region-wise to take timely decisions. Also, identify growth drivers for Regions
· Identify key trends based on data and provide perspective on the same through in-depth analysis. Provide these inputs to key stakeholders for further planning
· Timely execution of planning and review cycles
· Conscience keeper of budgets and monitor them on ongoing basis
