Talent Acquisition

·         Leading end to end talent acquisition agenda for Company corporate function – Lateral & campus hiring

Budget Planning & Strategy Formulation

·         Ensure people, process and technology alignment for smooth transition and commencement of HR operations

·         Monitor financial performance of HR versus the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified & accordingly rectified

·         Keep abreast with the regulatory framework and guidelines of the region & ensure that operational procedures are in alignment with such guidelines

Operational Excellence

·         Ensure ‘Run’ of the day-to-day HR operations to enable quality, efficiency, productivity, effectiveness etc.

·         Ensure efficient and effective resource utilisation through optimal organization design and structure, load balancing, cross training, and using effective usage of technology/workflow tools

·         Ensure collation of performance metrics as agreed; Display visible dashboards of performance within HR Ops and for circulation to relevant stakeholders

·         Maintain awareness of current and emerging technologies which could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR data management with other business systems and makes

·         Prepare documentation of operating procedures and identify improvements that can enable enhancement of employee and stakeholder experience pertaining to HR processes / services

Stakeholder Management

·         Ensure interface with stakeholders and functions beyond HR to enable HR services to be delivered in accordance with Company/HR requirements

·         Close coordination with various leadership stakeholders on an on-going basis .
